That you do not in any way shape or form encourage any sexual behaviour.

That you do not post any links to other websites without the express written approval of Community4Christ.

That you not post, upload, distribute or otherwise publish materials soliciting funds, promoting, advertising or offering for sale any goods or services or links, including soliciting other users for other commercial and non commercial online services without the express written approval of Community4Christ.

That you do not ask for money, solicit for funds, ask international transfers of money as part of a scam or similar.

Community4Christ reserves the right to monitor Chat for adherence to this policy and may disclose any content, records or electronic communication, of any kind, including user e-mail (1) to satisfy any law, regulation or authorised governmental request, (2) if such disclosure is necessary to operate Chat or (3) to protect the rights or property of Community4Christ, a Community4Christ user or the public. Community4Christ reserves the right to prohibit any conduct, communication or content it deems in its discretion to be harmful to individual users or other third-party rights, or to violate any applicable law. Community4Christ reserves the right to bar any user who fails to observe the terms of this policy, and these terms shall terminate immediately without notice from Community4Christ if in Community4Christ's sole discretion a user fails to comply with any of the provisions of these terms.

You agree to indemnify and hold Community4Christ harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solicitors legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your violation of these terms and conditions or your violation of any rights of another. COMMUNITY4CHRIST'S SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY FOR INFORMATION, SERVICES, UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS OR PRODUCTS PROVIDED THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY COMMUNITY4CHRIST SOFTWARE LICENSED TO YOU AND THE RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE SERVICE. SPECIFICALLY, COMMUNITY4CHRIST DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: (1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND (2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER COMMUNITY4CHRIST NOR ANY OF ITS PARENT OR MEMBER COMPANIES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. YOU HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.

If you breech this agreement, or if at anytime a moderator of Community4Christ.com finds reason to ban you, kick you or mute you it is by their sole discretion and is not to be challenged.
